Fenugreek Extract (trigonella
foenumgraecum): "Fenugreek" means Greek
hay. The herb was a favorite among Greek women who had
it to increase their breast size, making them appear
more desirable.
Rich in phyto-estrogens,
fenugreek aids in hormonal production. Stimulating or
rather balancing action on hormones contributes to the
